- Get a good night’s sleep before your casting so you’re full of energy and have a fresh complexion.
- Drink plenty of water and avoid drinks that could cause bloating. It’s important to feel comfortable in your body.
- Skin Care. Keep your skin hydrated so it looks clean and radiant. A light exfoliation and hydrating mask are your best friends.
- Go for minimal or no makeup, as we want to see your natural beauty. A little concealer, some mascara, and a hydrating gloss on your lips are enough.
- Make sure your hair is clean and styled. If you have long hair, bring an elastic to tie it up if requested.
- Castings can be lengthy. Use this time to focus, observe, and even chat with other participants.
Choose an outfit that highlights you
Your outfit is a way to show off both your figure and a bit of your personality. Choose something that complements your shape while staying true to your style.
